5 diet meal and 2 not so leads to 3lb weight gain
Not such a good week weight wise with a gain of 3 lb since Monday. Main reason for this has been 2 Christmas meals and a curtailment of exercise due to Christmas preparation requirements at home.
Had unexpected meal and party when paying first visit to “Tea’s Company” on Monday and yesterday it was Christmas meal with friends at Birds and Bees. So only 5 of my meals were low white carbohydrate and loaded with vegetables. There were also an excess of empty calories consumed with these meals. At home have had to start Christmas preparations: tidying, decorating Ficus “tree”, writing Christmas cards, buying Christmas presents (web) and wrapping them. As a result there has only been one gym session at the Peak this week whereas I usually hit the gym everyday.
Looking forward to the New Year when I can get diet and exercise back on track and progress towards meeting my weight loss goal .
