On the Bandstand

Heard Christmas music playing as I walked into town, thought I'd missed something yet again. Seems you need FB to know what's going on... but anyway, it was just a recording coming from the loudspeaker on Mourão's 87 year old bandstand in the main square. They've spruced up the Nativity figures as well. The girls, both of whom I know, were filming each other walking out from Father Christmas's house on the right. 

Gratefuls:
- Mike's steady working at laying the floor today, though he must be tired after last night; I certainly am
- lively music from the Roma church below us
- a warm house on a cold, dark day
