Red Transparency
This morning, I noticed how the edges of the petals of the red Amaryllis were delicately transparent against the light from the window.
The four blooms of the second stem are all flowering at the same time and I turned the plant around four times, to see which of the flowers appeared the most lovely to me. I chose this one because of the curly edges to the petals and how we can see the details against the back lighting.
In another pot, my second Amaryllis plant is starting to grow taller and I hope it will still be flowering over Christmas.
