2019 Xmas Vanocka

It is that time of year again when Paladian makes her Czech Christmas bread which we only refer to as vanocka. Today was #1 of many that she will bake, both for us and as gifts for friends. It is similar to Polish chałka, Hungarian fonott kalacs, and other Eastern European egg-twist breads. It is absolutely delicious and can be eaten straight, or after a day or so, with butter.
