A busy day rushing around, getting ready for a meeting at my home tonight.
Cleaning, shopping and baking.
Of course, right in the middle of everything I had unexpected visitors!
Then the car had to go to the garage again.
Only a repair to a slow puncture today thank goodness.
One of the last jobs was to put a layer of butter icing on the ginger cake and then get myself looking presentable.
While I showered I put the cake in a cool room.
Halfway through getting ready, Jorgie appeared looking INCREDIBLY GUILTY!
My response was to ask her what she had done at which point she disappeared
She had decided that her best option was to sit on the sofa and watch the tv....
...while I discovered the cake with 1/4 of the butter icing missing !!!!!
