‘Twinkling‘ stars.

First of my ‘new this year’ Christmas tree decorations. 
You can probably see it has an E on it, I wonder why? It is a clear star filled with tiny twinkling stars which light up when it is turned on.
I’ve added a sparkle effect to give it more twinkle making it suitable for the Tiny Tuesday theme - Twinkling. ( Took this early before it was fully light)
Cold and misty morning with slippery paths when we set out at 10.30am but it didn’t cool our warm reception at the 5 Rise Nursing home in Bingley where we sang this morning. A recently purpose built facility with special provision for dementia sufferers. It is a beautiful place and I think everyone enjoyed our Christmas sing. One gentleman joined in and was up dancing with one of the staff during ‘White Christmas’. We had a chat with him after and he had been close to music all his life. His father having played the accordion and his aunt the piano. He was a good singer.
Just back from Bingley again where I’ve been to collect some train tickets I ordered this morning for next year, good to look forward to Spring. It’s still pretty cold but the sun is shining though it will very soon be setting. 
Not long till the shortest day!
