Eight Days Till Christmas

Little 'h' spent the day with me today, and sad to say, it's been raining ALL day.  We went to town and chose 18 photos to put on Christmas Cards.  Here she is putting a photo on a card.  We have finished 9, still have 9 to go.  After lunch we put on our raincoats, grabbed an umbrella each and headed off to the lake.  The track by our famous tree is closed, and there is still lots of driftwood along the lake edge.  Because it is raining, we left it there for another day.

We have had the fire going all day.  As a special treat we had a cuppa at a local cafe.
