Notes: Up and did the bike on the trainer for 30 min. Made gluten-free blueberry pancakes on the griddle of gas stove (came out pretty good!) - and watched the CBS Sunday show. Another low key day watching football, took a little nap, coughed my way thru the late afternoon and evening.
