Mono Monday - Favourite Ornament

This is 'spork', who came to live with us courtesy of my son in law, who is a bit fab with the metalworking. He sits on the hifi stand under the telly and watches everything we do... Yes, you can read that in different ways if you choose. ;-)

Janet is stable but her kidney function rose only slightly yesterday, which was perhaps disappointing but far better than so many alternatives. 

They don't appear in any rush to send her home and are instead waiting for the drain to clear and the levels to normalise sufficiently for a scan which will find the blockage.

I'm starting to wonder if the midwinter festivities might have to be relocated...
