Street photography isn't something I do a lot of as I usually feel far to self-conscious and intrusive, and that's a shame as I find people the most interesting subjects. So, inspired by Colstro's blip of yesterday I decided to give it another go.

Shooting without viewfinder or screen and using silent, 5 frames per second in very short bursts, I still managed to take 170 photos in not much time, 96% of which were rubbish. I also refined things as I went on and got far better results towards the end. I had a sense of doing something "naughty" as I tried not to get caught in the act, and I found that quite enjoyable... which probably says quite a lot about me :) I definitely learned a lot from it all and may give it another go tomorrow if I'm around people.
