Fall in Winter

The sun was out for Church of Nature, the trees were tall and straight and big. There is historical significance from the Revolutionary War but I didn’t stop at the museum because I had to get back to my term paper about food waste. Did you know that if food waste was a country it would be the third largest greenhouse gas emitter? All that food rotting in the landfill creates a lot of methane and methane is 72 times as strong as CO2. Yikes! Luckily the solution is fairly easy, compost, and it makes a tradeable byproduct as well, humus. (No, not the Middle Eastern dip) Win, win.
