Christmas Lunch

It was book club Christmas lunch today. Another great event. Some people in the group don't work so this is there only Christmas group outing and it is always fun. 
I love organing things and for the past few years we have placed a 'Pre order' with the restaurant. This works well until everyone has to remember what they had ordered all those weeks ago. So I make a little place card with their order on it. 
The restaurant this year was delighted with the idea as this made their job so much easier.
Now to think how I can make money out of this simple idea.......?
