That Time of Year

For the next couple of weeks or so we have sunrise after nine o'clock and sunset before three o'clock so it is really the darkest time of year. The weather did try and help today as clouds were reasonably high and it was clear at times and there was even some sunshine.  As we are on the east side of the Island when the sun slides behind the hill at around 1.30 you can sense the darkness about to engulf us.
