Walking Street market

Well it was all happening at our end of town tonight with the famous Sunday market taking over a couple of streets and the sellers selling their wares. Not the most interesting market I’ve ever been to, there seemed to be lots of stalls all selling the same stuff. We sampled a few things while not really enjoying some bad karaoke and then wandered back along the beach.
The beach here, while not quite as picturesque as our previous one, has its own beauty with powerful waves crashing into the rocks. We seemed to have got into a routine of taking an evening walk along the beach to visit the Rock Cafe, so-called not because it plays rock music, but because it is built around this outcrop of rocks on the beach in a sort of treehouse style. It has various nooks and crannies to sit in where you can enjoy the view and the breeze blowing in from the sea. It also has very nice cocktails!
