They Happy, You Happy, We Happy

So, we're all happy, what - to be shopping? I ended up doing just  that at the Lloyd Center today. It felt as though the mall had been one particular way for years and years, and now suddenly, it's all different. Eddie Bauer used to be right there, forever, not anymore. It used to be big Nordstrom's way at the far end to the west and big Sears, or Penny's at the far east end, but now you don't even venture down those long corridors because there's nothing at the end, and the shops along the way are all new and strange. I'm willing to bet they're short-lived. I found a shop with used clothing and hand-made things, it seemed so out of place.

Eric had dropped me off at the former Kinko's nearby so they could print our Christmas cards; I shopped while I waited for the cards. Then I caught the bus home and ran into Forrest, my neighbor across the street. Nice to have a chat with him as we walked home.
Once home, I discovered something happened while I was on the bus. What was that, you ask? I'll tell you tomorrow after I talk to the nice people at the Tri-Met Lost & Found.
Then I can also tell you if I'm happy or not.
