Cave

Another day with running and walking though without yesterday's sun and hills.
Went to Montrose parkrun for the first time. A flat course on grass (with rabbit holes) gravel paths and old concrete runway but not a quick time today as it was very icy in places so great care was needed. Also, my legs were a bit heavy after yesterday.
Then north a bit to St Cyrus National Nature Reserve and a walk along the beach and back along the bottom of the cliffs. I'd not noticed this cave before, it goes in quite a long way and the only light I had was the one on the camera when you focus so I didn't go too far.
Wrapping presents later and also news a church member had died. She'd been ill a long time and in a home for several years, but still a sad loss.
