Promise of Things to Come

A very comfortable nights sleep chez Norfolkdoc and W. A lazy start but we did spend half an hour outside on a chill morning, clearing leaves from the pond. The water was icy cold!

By lunchtime I had popped to the the Supermarket, the old house and to the allotment and was back at Una’s old home. My friends from across the country were delayed by a road closure so we were loading furniture in the gloom but by mealtime we had enough done to be sure that everything else will fit in in the morning :-)
