A Very Special Day

I flew to Amsterdam at 6am leaving Big Fish at home in the hands of two very capable carers. Travelled by train to Rotterdam to watch Meri’s and other Masters students’ final presentations in Therapeutic Dance and Music. It was a wonderful celebratory day which really brought home what an awful thing leaving the EU is going to be. They were all students from Spain, Holland, Finland, France and all presented in English. They have all lived near the college for the last three years. I am now waiting to board the 2155 flight home. And yes it’s extravagant and not ecological but in my defence I haven’t flown since 2013 and it’s been like a mini holiday.
