Continuing with the wreath

Another update on the growing wreath on my front door.  I keep finding things to add.. such fun.  Today l gleaned a piece of Christmas tree and some albino holly.  I absolutely love the glow on the holly, only the stem has a slight pink/red tinge at the tip otherwise it is fully yellow/gold  Wonderful.

We chose our tree today and will get it into the house when it has dried off a bit... it poured all night so it is in the shed smelling delicious for the moment.  I remembered that last year out beautiful tree dripped resin all over the presents and the carpet which was a bit of a nightmare so l am going to have to put down a big blanket that doesnt mind getting sticky this year!!!
