Christmas Tree

Finally I managed to finish planting and decorating the Christmas tree this morning. We’ve had heavy rain shadows again so I had to dodge these to collect sand to go in the plant pot and once I was outside the pheasants spitted me so I had to break-off to find food for the,  It’s just so wet on the grass at the top of the steps, you squelch as you walk.  I wonder if it will recover this year.

My cold is still annoying me, better in the morning and then the world clouds in during the afternoon and I start coughing and sneezing again.

No photos - but the Redwings visited this morning, so lots of falling out with the Blackbirds as they compete to strip off the red cotoneaster berries.
