Notes: Made my almond milk in the Vita Mix after soaking raw almonds overnight. Realized I had no pitcher or anything really to put it in so decided to make a run to Goodwill. Found this nice ceramic one and a plastic one as well as a couple cool wall hangings. Back and went to the pool for an hour before pulling final data and making sure Say No To Drugs registration was all shut down and ready for race day. Quiet rest of the day.
