Back on Track

We went to our local for Beer and Carols. (Or Gin and Carols)

Mark has written a Christmas song to raise money for his Stroke Survivors group, "Back on Track" and we sold lots of CDs last night.

Mark was a musician before his stroke almost 5 years ago. He struggles with speech and is partially paralysed down his right side. However,  he plays all the instruments with his left hand. His daughter sings the lead and all other voices are stroke survivors. 

It's very a catchy tune!
