Bird Spotting....

Today was one of those days when I wished I had one of my big DSLR cameras with a zoom lens with me. I was walking the Taylor River tracks with Maisie when I spotted a Royal Spoonbill bird wading and feeding some distance away in the river. A most unusual sight in this area. I immediately uploaded an image showing the bird looking tiny to our Marlborough Camera Club’s Facebook page in case any of my photographer friends had the urge to look for the bird and get a much better photo than mine.
