We drove to Sydney this morning to join our family and celebrate Cathy’s 40th birthday which was yesterday. All the immediate family was there ( except Elijah who was visiting his Sydney Grandma). We just happen to be staying at isbi’s daughter’s place which is next door to the venue. How lucky are we. Great to see all the family...

Everyone has gone their separate ways after a VERY long lunch. We are watching Vera and will have an early night as Bob got up at 3am. Isbi and Mr Isbi have gone home to check how the fires are going. Nina and co have gone to check the Sydney CBD lights. Kristy and Bryan have gone to visit her family. Another has gone to Christmas carols, some to a farewell dinner. Everyone is busy.
