Locked bike????

It snowed here last night. Rather unexpectedly. Not only was there snow, but thunder as well. Took the doggies for a walk. Actually took Beemer for a walk and Flame the Wonder Dog for a drag. Big guy loves the cold, wet snow. Little guy loves the warm, dry chair. Anyway, it was nice to be out in the weather and see all the buildings decked out in their white overcoats.

I took several blips of white with grey sky. Not exactly wonderful photography. Did have some with a gigantic American flag. They were okay at best. To get to the protected from weather dog walking area, I have to go through the commuter train tunnel and exit on the other side. As we entered the after the walk, I spied this bike nicely chained in the bike rack. Well except the chain does not go through any part of the bike frame or wheel. If you look close, you can see he even had another chain and lock wrapped around the right handle bar grip. Maybe he thought it was too cold and snowy to properly lock bikes so that would make it too cold and snowy to steal bikes. Well, maybe.
