In which there have been ups & downs

Down: at midnight my son projectile vomited all over the bathroom
Down: at 8am he went to school as he hadn't been sick again
Up: I got observed teaching by HMI Inspector on an internally organised practice inspection and graded outstanding for second year running
Down: I finished school, tripped, and literally fell through the air landing a few metres on and laddering my tights
Up: home with my boy, a duvet, a sofa, a cuddle and a video.
