Thursday

A morning on the sofa. 
An afternoon in town at self harm counselling. A hard one today.
Walked for a bit afterwards and stopped for a coffee before getting the bus home. 
I have been so agitated the past two days, I haven't been able to stop moving. Sitting and my legs bounce up and down, heart thumping, feeling tingly inside. Have started taking Diazepam.
