Cheeky Thursday!

Oooh cheeky cheeky cheeky Thursday, Brucie bonus and all such other phrases. My school has been closed today because it is a polling station. So, that granted me a nifty little Thursday off!

I was out with the lark for the most peaceful or early morning strolls. I loved it! I then cast my vote at the already busy village church. It's a good thing though, shows people are using their votes as we all should.

Back and straight in the car... destination Meadowhall. I had a small list of odds and ends such as a new glittery nail varnish because why not and an extra pack of gift tags, but my Christmas shopping is done and wrapped so I could just enjoy myself. I arrived at Meadowhall at 8:55am and it was extremely quiet. Doors open at 9am and it remained fairly quiet until around 2pm. As I left a couple of hours later it was very busy! I left the mad Christmas shoppers to it...feeling rather smug!! :-P
