Election Day!

No snow eventuated, and in fact, it wasn’t even predicted. JR had got over-excited on seeing a snowflake on the weather app. A lovely sunny day for a stroll along to the school to (hold my nose and) vote and then go for a coffee.

We went to Black Ivy, which is dog friendly, and has spectacular Christmas decorations. We discovered they do a fairly spectacular scone - huge, with clotted cream! Yum.

Back home in time for Libby to come and take Archie out for a walk. She has her exam next week. Archie gave her a present - an Archie calendar (and a prosecco). He always gives his walkers one. Here he is admiring it.

In between times, I watched the Women's Varsity rugby match (which I recorded). Well done for that last minute win, Cambridge. 

Christina came for a visit and helped us with a few of our Advent Calendar gins. Thanks, C.

I think I will stay up all night to keep an eye on the election results. Maybe.
