Cold day. have been to the gym for pilates, which I am sure will eventually improve the state of my stomach muscles. Two lovely long converstaions with freinds I happened to bump into, and then home. T had only just dragged himself out of bed, but soon dragged himself back upstairs again. Full of debilitating cold.

I'm filling in my application to become a CAB volunteer.
