In Utrecht

Summer or winter, in a lot of places in Utrecht you can sit outside all year long. That trend started years ago when smoking inside was banned. The outdoors became more and more decorative.

For my Dutch friends (sorry, this is something I can't translate in English) :

Dit zaakje heet VERS. Later kregen ze blijkbaar het pand ernaast erbij. Dat heet VERS TWEE.
