WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW

After voting I went for a walk at the RSPB reserve and saw this sign on my regular route. I must have passed it hundreds of times and I've never noticed it before. There's no explanation for it and I can't think why it would be where it is, but a serendipitous find for today. And the extra represents something else that's been seriously lacking in recent times.
