The Lamplighter.

Time on my hands this afternoon after doing some invigilating this morning. This is an image I took during the day of a sculpture by Colin Telfer, called the Lamplighter. It is one of the two Sculpture in Maryport by this artist, the other one I have photographed many times, called Fishy Tales which in on a plinth near the road bridge across the River Ellen, at the bottom of Shipping Brow. I have turned this image into something almost resembling night and painted the sculpture in its daylight colours.
