Christmas Concert

A Christmas period is not Christmas without a Carol Service.
This is a photo of this afternoons Concert warming up as people settle into their seats. I don't really like to take photos when it's in action, I rather like to be immersed in the event itself.
If I'm honest I didn't enjoy it as much as last years. 
Not because the quality and performance weren't there, they were, but because someone had made the decision that some sort of kindergarten event should be taking place just at the back of the hall. This simultaneously to the main event.
The distraction was ridiculous and an insult to the performers.
There are a lot of very bad ideas and decisions going around just now I find. Where is peoples common sense these days. Perhaps I've just become a bit too critical.
