I helped a coworker finish several arrangements like this one. It was an order placed by a customer. I think she'd made 10 or so when I came. I just had to brush away soil and put the cinnamon sticks in place. This one I also putt moss in, to cover up the soil. My coworker did a great job in planting all of the arrangements.   
Tomorrow I start later than usual. It's so nice to be able to sleep for a while. :)
