No hay árbol de navidad ...

I don't have a Christmas tree (because the puppy would demolish it and choke on the baubles), but I do have a shedload of fairy lights from Lidl.
Had my last physio session of the year today, with the added bonus of the use of an ultrasonic pain reliever gadget (my shoulder was killing me after cleaning a spectacular seagull splatter off a big window), and Mateu gave me a stretchy exercise band to practise my therapy at home. I've tied it to the back door handle and hope not to find bits of it chewed up on the floor.
