Off with the L plate!

I deliberated long and hard about what deserved to represent my changed status of a grey icon - and ultimately Mr. Swan won. He isn't a resident of the Mere, but an intermittent visitor. Sadly he doesn't seem to have a pair as I have only ever seen him on his own. Perhaps that is why he doesn't stay anywhere permanently. Anyway, after a gap of some months, there he was, paddling about with a collection of gulls, mallards, coots and moorhens. Pity I didn't have any bread on me!
