The Rain Dance Worked!

At last! Last night a few meagre drops of rain fell, evaporating almost as they hit the ground. But in the night a steady rain began to fall and kept going for several hours. The air feels so fresh now.

Only two days ago I picked some of these wild tomatoes and found they tasted cooked because of the high temperatures. You can see them perking up nicely in this pic.

Andy Murray cruised through the first round of the Australian Open Tennis, televised all day from 11am to end of play at night. I am trying to ration myself as work must get done but the saying "I can resist everything except temptation." does come to mind :-)
