All that warm weather winter training going to waste? No! I dragged my sorry looking arse out on the minimally repaired bike to reinforce those marginal gains.

The weather had other ideas. Cut short an already short route to put the house straight again after the whole ceiling thing and eventually flop in front of a fire.
