"Are you hungry?"

Kazuko's first question when I came home, followed by, "Would you like a banana?" When I saw the banana in question, I said, "You mean one of those? They're bad!" But Valerie and Arthur assured me that they had eaten one, that they were not plastic, were not chocolate and were not pooh wrapped in a banana skin (reassuring, that one.) So I ate one and, do you know what? It was good. This is a banapple, a soft, thin-skinned banana which tastes like an apple. Aren't we the adventurous gourmands!
