Dog Basket & Polish Pottery, Lewes

On the way back from Brighton we stopped off at Lewes to purchase some plates and bowls from the Polish pottery shop. The pottery itself is lovely, the shop owner not so much. Can't crack a smile to save his life! However, the crockery is so striking that we let that pass. Needless to say he got rid of the rather nice cafe a good while ago, which was a great shame, as the coffee and cake was pretty good. Oh well!
