Christmas in the Adam and Eve

Brian had today off to use up one of the remaining days of his generous holiday allowance. We got the Tesco shop done this morning - first time I've been there for a while, and a much more civilised store than it is at the times we can usually visit!

That done and away, Brian and I went for lunch in the Adam and Eve pub. He had his usual fish and chips and a couple of pints. I had chicken goujons, chips and cappuccino. I didn't think it was a good idea to have alcohol before a chippy shift!

The pub wasn't very busy and I took this shot of some of their festive decor!

A few jobs to do now, then it will be time to sling my hook to work again!
