The boys are back in town

Well, only one more than yesterday but we now have our full compliment of boys at home.

Boy, these boys are noisy. Here, they’re talking about the Arsenal line-up, a conversation I find just a tad uninspiring.

Glad that I’ll get to see my girls this week too. They’re not inspired by the Arsenal line-up either.

I had my first physio appointment today. 3 things to note - one, I am in awe of the amazing new facilities at our local hospital; two, my physio thinks I can expect pain for up to 12 weeks in total; and three, I have exercises to do twice a day and I know in advance, that I won’t be diligent even though I want to be.
