Alright On The Night

It was one of those busy days at work where your feet rarely seem to touch the ground. We’re trying to get a lot done before the Christmas break and needs must. About the only time I relaxed today was when I led a meditation session for a large number of staff - much larger than I am used to (mind you, I’m use to about four or five so it’s easy to get beyond that...). I’m pleased relieved to say it went well and people were kind. 

Later on Tim spotted a repeat on BBC 4 of     Rome Unpacked which was part of our inspiration for going last year. It really made me want to return!  The amicability and easy carrying of knowledge between Giorgio Locatelli and Andrew Graham-Dixon is delightful to watch. Highly recommended!
