River rocks

So I had a dentist appointment today. Nobody likes the dentist. I think I've come a long way from how pathetic I used to be about going but apparently my brain isn't totally convinced. After leaving the dentist I stopped at the supermarket and after spending the better part of an hour shopping I got in line, bagged all my groceries and when I went to pay the bill....no wallet. As soon as I looked in my bag I realized I grabbed the wrong bag in my distracted state before going to the dentist. Yes, I'm blaming the dentist!
I told the cashier I had forgotten my wallet in the car and would be back shortly...I didn't dare say I had to drive home and get it. I got in the car, called my daughter and told her what happened. I asked if she would run back with the money and I'd stay with my granddaughter. Anything to avoid the embarresment!
I took my granddaughter outside in the yard to help me capture today's Blip!

I love stone walls, rock gardens and pebbled beaches. I wanted to take an outdoor picture today dispite another gloomy gray day so I took pictures of everything and anything.
I have some river stones in one of my gardens and from all the rain we've had the colors are really showing. River rocks of all shapes and sizes add a hard element to balance the soft features of the rest of the garden. When I tried to get the garden AND the stones the stones didn't really show up as well so my blip is just of the rocks! I like it!
