How old?

A home day today. Workmen came (unexpectedly but helpfully) to clear the roof of loose material and fit vents under the cupola.

Lots of paperwork concerning my aunt’s estate. quite how I’d have dealt with that and the impending sale of mothers flat and the work in the house if I were still in the office I just do not know.

Prepared the tree for the front room, hence the blip. Worked on the lights but will give the branches time to settle before full decoration.

Climbed the internal scaffolding ( before it is dismantled - hopefully tomorrow) to touch up one or two small points.

Then settled down to catch up on the missed episodes of His Dark Materials. Really enjoying this production both in terms of acting, drama, excitement and the CGI.
