one golden ring

Today I drove to Far Ings nature reserve, in the shadow of the Humber Bridge (extra), in search of bittern and kingfishers but found neither. That's the way it goes with wildlife sometimes. It was a lot more windy than I expected and all of the birds must have been hunkered down.
