Happy Birthday Grandad

As it was my dads birthday we had booked into a lovely restaurant in Hagley but first we attempted our annual pilgrimage to Arley to see the Santa Special Trains.

We set off on the pushbikes in fine weather but the heavens opened on us and we soon got bitterly cold so cut the ride short. We will try again before Christmas.

Fast forward to the meal and that was a much nicer experience, once again Orla was good as gold and I think my dad enjoyed his first birthday as a granddad and even got a card off the little one.
