Smiles before the tears

Today was the last day of our trip. Once we had checked out and said goodbye to some of the others, mummy, daddy, cam, Lorrae and Steph headed over to the site's wildlife centre. We saw lots of ducks, swans and squirrels and the whole place looked much more magical due to being covered in a few inches of snow. It was then of for a last supper of pancakes where we were joined by Katie and Jamie, who had decided to take a quick dip in the pool, before heading home.
It has been a fantastic weekend and mummy is so thankful to have such wonderful friends. She just wishes she could see them more often and is very sad it is over and even cam shed his first tears of the trip. Best starting planning the next trip x
