4 ingredients Chrimbo cake

Whipped this up in no time, used vegan butter and only one egg with baking powder as I had one left from G’s baking. Will attempt a full vegan version next time as this went so well.

Can’t replace a traditional Christmas cake but great for December lunch boxes
